In Lucknow, CPAI has been running Project Shikshan & Livelihood programs since 2019. In 2024, CPAI launched the Swanama Safkin Project to empower single women, PDA women, and underprivileged women by installing 30 machines and training them to manufacture and sell sanitary pads within the community.

A recent survey conducted by CPAI revealed a lack of therapy centers for special needs children within a 10 km radius in the old city. In response, CPAI has established a comprehensive therapy center in Lucknow. This center offers physiotherapy, occupational and sensory therapy, speech therapy, music and dance therapy, and psychological counseling. This initiative aims to support special needs children and their families in the area, eliminating the need for long-distance travel to access these essential services.
