Ram Navami Celebration
On 25 March 2026, Ram Navami was celebrated at CPAI Bhopal Branch with great devotion and enthusiasm by both students and staff. The program began with pooja and archana, creating a calm and spiritual atmosphere, followed by aarti in which everyone participated with faith and reverence.
The celebration continued with the recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa and devotional Ram bhajans, filling the environment with positivity and a strong sense of unity. The active involvement of the children reflected their interest, learning, and emotional connection with the occasion, while the support of the staff ensured the event was conducted smoothly.
The celebration aimed to instill spiritual values, promote cultural awareness, and encourage unity and participation among students, making it a meaningful and enriching experience for everyone involved


World Down Syndrome Day Celebration
On 20 March 2026, CPAI Bhopal Branch celebrated World Down Syndrome Day with great enthusiasm and active participation from both students and staff. The day aimed to spread awareness about Down Syndrome and promote acceptance, equality, and inclusion in society.
Students were introduced to the significance of the day in a simple and engaging way, helping them understand the importance of respecting and supporting individuals with diverse abilities. Various activities were conducted where children participated with excitement, learning through fun and interactive experiences.
The celebration created a positive and meaningful environment, encouraging love, care, and equal opportunities for all. It was a successful event that highlighted the importance of embracing diversity and celebrating every individual’s uniqueness
Auspicious Occasion of Gudi Padwa!
On 19 March 2026, Gudi Padwa was celebrated at CPAI Bhopal Branch with great enthusiasm and joy. The children actively participated in the celebration and showed keen interest in learning about the festival and its cultural significance.
The event began with a simple introduction to Gudi Padwa, followed by engaging activities such as rangoli making and Gudi decoration. The children enjoyed expressing their creativity while also understanding the traditions behind the festival. The pooja was conducted in a calm and positive environment, where students participated respectfully, received tilak, and enjoyed prasad.
The celebration created a joyful and vibrant atmosphere, helping children connect with Indian culture in a meaningful and interactive way. It also encouraged participation, curiosity, and learning beyond the classroom.


Iftaar Celebration
On 18 March 2026, a beautiful Iftaar celebration was आयोजित at CPAI Bhopal Branch, bringing together students, parents, and staff in an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness. The evening was filled with joy as everyone shared delicious food and meaningful moments.
We were honored to welcome Dr. Devyani Bendre, an NCP member, as our guest. She spent quality time interacting with the students and distributed sweets, making the occasion even more memorable.
The celebration created a sense of unity and happiness, leaving both students and parents with cherished memories of a truly special evening

Educational Tour – Take-Off Trampoline Park
On 14 March 2026, students of CPAI Bhopal Branch visited Take-Off Trampoline Park as part of an educational tour. The visit offered a fun and energetic environment where students enjoyed various trampoline activities, encouraging movement, confidence, and teamwork.
The experience helped students interact with each other, explore something new beyond the classroom, and express themselves freely in a safe and supervised setting. It also supported their physical development, boosted confidence, and created a refreshing break from routine learning.
Overall, the tour was a memorable experience that left the students happy, active, and enriched with new experiences.
Eye Check-up Camp & Eye Donation Awareness Program
AIIMS Bhopal organized an Eye Check-up Camp and Eye Donation Awareness Program at the Cerebral Palsy Association of India, Jatkhedi. The initiative was conducted under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Madhavanand Kar, Executive Director and CEO of AIIMS Bhopal, and under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Bhawana Sharma, Head of the Department of Ophthalmology.
The program aimed to identify vision-related problems among children with multiple disabilities and spread awareness about the importance of eye health among their families.
During the camp, more than 65 children affected by cerebral palsy underwent eye examinations. Eye check-ups were also conducted for their parents and the institution’s staff. Individuals requiring further consultation or treatment were referred to AIIMS Bhopal.
The initiative highlighted the importance of timely eye examinations and promoted the message of eye donation as a way to give the gift of sight to those in need, strengthening awareness and social responsibility within the community.


A Memorable Visit by ONGC Officers Mahila Samiti
We were honored to welcome ONGC Officers Mahila Samiti to our center. The team was led by Group President Mrs. Shriti Shankar and Vice President Mrs. Meena Desai, along with their dedicated members.
They spent quality time with our special students, interacting warmly and spreading joy all around. Their visit brought smiles to our children and made the day truly memorable.
We are deeply grateful for their generous donation of a laptop for multiple educational and training purposes, along with grocery items and food supplies. Their thoughtful support will greatly benefit our students and help us continue our mission.

Children’s Day Celebration at Cerebral Palsy Association of India
Children’s Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at the Cerebral Palsy Association of India. The entire venue was filled with excitement as the children came together to sing and dance to lively patriotic songs. Their cheerful voices and energetic performances brought smiles to everyone around.
The celebration continued with a variety of fun games that kept the children active and entertained. Laughter and enthusiasm echoed through the day as each child participated with confidence and happiness.
To make the day even more special, the children enjoyed delicious food and were delighted to receive thoughtful gifts. The celebration was a beautiful reminder of the joy, strength, and spirit every child carries within.
It was truly a memorable Children’s Day—full of love, fun, and unforgettable moments.
World Cerebral Palsy Day Celebrated by the Cerebral Palsy Association of India
The Cerebral Palsy Association of India organizes the World Cerebral Palsy Day Award Function each year with the aim of creating a more inclusive, informed, and compassionate society. The key objectives of this event are:
1. Raise Awareness
To educate the public about cerebral palsy, its causes and challenges, and the importance of building an inclusive environment for individuals living with the condition.
2. Celebrate Achievements
To recognize and honour individuals with cerebral palsy who have made remarkable contributions in various fields, showcasing their strengths, talents, and determination.
3. Promote Inclusion
To foster a society where individuals with cerebral palsy are respected, valued, and included, not just in words but in meaningful action — in schools, workplaces, and communities.
4. Break Stereotypes
To challenge common misconceptions and stereotypes about cerebral palsy, and to highlight the diverse experiences, aspirations, and achievements of those living with it.

Teacher’s Day Celebration Mumbai Center
This Teacher’s Day was made even more special as we had the privilege of welcoming the Lions Club of Juhu for a meaningful Wheelchair Handover Ceremony.
We also had the honor of recognizing the exceptional contributions of Dr. Bhagyashree Ma’am, joined by Ms. Nivedita Baunthiyal, making the celebration truly inspiring.
From a fun-filled quiz to a joyful cake-cutting ceremony , the day was a heartfelt tribute to the spirit of teaching and giving back.
A big thank you to everyone who made this event memorable!
Today has been a very important day for the Cerebral Palsy Association of India, Lucknow.
On this day, i.e., 10-10-2025 (Friday), an MOU was signed between Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow and CPAI. The MOU was signed by the Institute’s Director Professor C. M. Singh and CPAI’s Secretary Mrs. Manjusha Singh.
After this, under the joint collaboration of the Institute and our organization, the Cerebral Palsy Clinic “Mamāshraya” (which means My Shelter / My Support) in the Orthopedic Department of the Institute was inaugurated by Professor C. M. Singh and our organization’s patron and the Special Prasar Pramukh of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Shri Prashant Bhatiya.
Following the inauguration, on the first day of the clinic’s functioning, 8children were provided essential assistive devices free of cost.
